From a single woman age 44, who lost her job and home from drug and alcohol addictions. She stayed at PADS for 1 1/2 months she is now in permanent housing and employed. "Everyone here has been very helpful and nice thank you all for what you have done for me!" A 20 year old developmentally disabled single male entered the PADS program due to an unstable family situation. He was in the day program only a couple of weeks. He is now taking college courses, working part-time and living at the PADS transitional home and using the PADS transportation program to get to and from work and school. "The staff was very helpful and encourging about helping me reach my goals". A 29 year old single female entered the PADS Day Center as a referral from a domestic violence program. She suffered from mental illness and had a medical condition. Day to day life was a challenge for her. After entering the PADS day center and doing an intake she was placed into the PADS Transitional Home for four months, where she was able to get her life back in order again. We are pleased to announce she is now in permanent housing and living in a stable lifestyle. From a 42 year old male who lost his job working in a restaurant. He entered PADS Day Center and developed an Individual Goal Plan with his case manager. He followed his plan and he exited the PADS Day Program within 4 months. "You guys have been so helpful. We love and thank you very much" |
